Christmas 2008!!!

We always have our kids sleep in our room on Christmas eve, it's a treat for them, and they are always excited to do so, and it helps us keep an eye on them so they don't come out and open the presents without us!!!
Ethan woke up first and started coming out of our room when Josh saw him and stopped him... he caught a glace at the presents and said with bright lit eyes: "Santa came to our house!!" Since it was 7 am when he woke up, we asked him if he would wait a little while since the girls were still asleep... he said ok, but a few minutes later he says "Mama, I really want to go and open presents NOW!!!" Bless his heart! so Mia woke up shortly after and Kenya woke up at her usual 7:30am, so we went out and started opening presents then!
They were very excited to get some fun toys, and Mia couldn't wait to open her "BIG present", after every present that was opened, she would ask... "Can I open my big present now??" (you'll see what the "Big present" was here towards the end of the pictures).
Mia getting some earrings and a necklace
Kenya opening her earrings, and she already has some bracelets in her hands, she loves the bracelets, and always complains when we take them off!
Ethan got a leapster, with Sonic and Wall-e game, he loves it! Josh got a drill bit set from Santa!

Mia with her Belle barbie that Ethan bought for her!
Kenya trying out her toy... it plays music which she loves to dance to!
Ethan getting some batman stuff from his sisters!
Josh with some dress shirts (a white and a black)
Mari and my new coat!! yeay! no more winter huge jacket!!

Mia and her "BIG present" yes, it's a bookcase, but to her is a "DOLL HOUSE" she loves it and it fits the Princess Barbies!
Kenya's favorite toy... just kidding, she did like to play in it though.
Mia got this little table from Santa, and they all loved having breakfast on it! Kenya loves this table and chairs since they're her size! She carries the chairs all over the place and uses them as a means to get into stuff she shouldn't!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!!
Happy New Year 2009!!!
Our best wishes to you, that this year may bring happiness and success to everyone!
