WOW! I got this done a lot sooner than I thought I would! enjoy...

3 Joys:

3 Obsessions:

  1. My bed has to be made "the right way"... and I can’t stand it when the kids jump on it!
  2. Christmas, I absolutely LOVE decorating, feeling the spirit of the season, and doing christmasy things
  3. Whenever I start a book I haven’t read before... I have to finish it ASAP!!

3 Surprising Facts:

  1. I’m ½ Spanish and ½ Chilean. Yes, my dad is from Spain, and my mom is from Chile.
  2. I studied Flamenco dance from the age of 5 and I have performed in many places including a Catholic church. I play the Castenets,( if you’ve never heard them or know what that is.. then tell me and I’ll show you)
  3. Josh was/is my first and only boyfriend

8 things I’m passionate about

  1. My Sweet Husband
  2. My kids, and making them happy
  3. The Gospel, I am SO incredibly happy to have the gospel in my life, I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it weren’t because of the church.
  4. This Country—I love the USA and I can’t wait until I become an American!
  5. I can't stand Hispanics who hate being here!!!
  6. I want John McCain & Sarah Palin to win this year's election
  7. Cooking yummy food and having other people enjoy it!
  8. CHOCOLATE!!!

  1. poto rico (to Kenya—means cute bum)
  2. STOP RUNNING!! (to the kids while in my house... since the noise bothers our neighbors)
  3. callense (be quiet—to the kids when Kenya is sleeping)

  5. cabro’e miechica (to the kids... it’s an expression of exasperation)

8 things I want to do before I die

  1. Take Josh and the kids to Chile, so they can see where I grew up.
  2. Go to Germany, to see where Josh served his mission.
  3. Go to Spain, since I’m half from there, I’d love to see where ½ of me comes from.
  4. Have 2 more kids, (I think).
  5. See my children marry in the Temple.
  6. Serve a mission with Josh.
  7. See my grandkids
  8. Learn German

8 things I pray for

  1. my kids
  2. my husband
  3. being able to control my temper (with the kids)
  4. being able to learn how to be a better mother & wife
  5. help in having the strength to get up early (I’m very much a night person, so this is very hard for me to do... but I’m trying)
  6. help in knowing what to do to become closer to my Father in Heaven
  7. financial success
  8. the spirit in our home.

8 things I’ve learned

  1. That Heavenly Father loves us no matter what we do or think.
  2. That attitude is a choice.
  3. That no matter how bad or sick you feel, the Savior knows it and he can help you through anything!
  4. That I can do ANYTHING with the Lord’s help.
  5. That you have to adjust your teaching/disciplining styles to each child.
  6. That I can’t say NO when my kids give me “the look” when they want something. (as long as it’s not harmfull, otherwise yes, I CAN say no)
  7. That there is nothing like seeing your kids on Christmas morning.
  8. That even though I hate being pregnant, I will do it again, because that baby that causes all the sickness and pain, is more precious than anything else in the world.
