As many of you know I love to cook... so this one day I felt like going all the way - like adding a little garnish... so here is the result. This is one of our favorite meals... (right after roast with mashed potatoes and gravy).
This is "Easy Chicken Cacciatore" it only takes about 30 min. to make and I think it looks pretty nice for a quick meal!
